Lotherme 455 for Saturators Maintenance Base Metal for agitators & Saturator 316 L Grade. For Agitators which are subjected to severe corrosion and particle erosion, in the presence of ammonia, Lotherme 455 is used for joining and build up. LoTherme-455 produces deposits of extra low carbon with balanced Cr-Ni ratio and controlled ferrite. Furthermore, stabilization with columbium ensures excellent resistance to corrosion.
